Lootr.app is a platform designed for collectors. Currently, it allows users to receive notifications when products of interest become available again in online stores. The user simply sends the product link via Telegram, and our system with intelligent technology tracks availability and sends alerts when appropriate.

Coming soon, the platform will allow users to:

• Create virtual showcases of their collections, either public or private.
• Follow other collectors and explore featured collections.
• Participate in internal sales and auctions within the community.

2. Data Usage

To provide this service, we collect product links that users want to monitor, as well as their Telegram identifier. This information will only be used for notifications related to requested products and service improvements.

3. Service Accuracy and Limitations

Our monitoring system is efficient, but there may be a small margin of error or delay between product detection in stock and notification delivery. Sending a notification does not guarantee that the product can be purchased, as it depends on the user's response speed and availability in the online store.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

Some current or future features may require a paid subscription, with options such as monthly, quarterly, or annual.

• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
• If a user has already purchased a quarterly or annual subscription, the paid price will be respected until the end of that contracted period.
• Users will be informed about any relevant changes before their next renewal.

5. Showcases, Community, and Internal Transactions (coming soon)

The platform is evolving to offer more complete experiences for collectors, including:

• Customizable virtual showcases.
• Social functions like following and being followed.
• Internal sale or auction options.

In these cases, Lootr.app will only facilitate interaction and will not be responsible for agreements between users. Specific details and conditions of these features will be published before their launch.

6. Responsibility

Lootr.app is not responsible for errors or delays in product notification, technical issues in external stores or Telegram, or disputes between users related to future buying and selling features.

7. Service Changes

Lootr.app may modify, pause, or remove features at any time. These Terms and Conditions may be updated, and users will be notified when significant changes are made.
